Job Description
The Marketing Strategy Manager will be responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of the company's marketing strategy. They will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and collaborate with other key marketing team members, such as the Content Marketing Manager and the Digital Marketing Manager, to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

Collaborate with the CMO to set marketing objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and targets in line with company goals.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.

Work closely with the Content Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Manager to ensure that marketing campaigns are consistent, effective, and aligned with the overall strategy.

Coordinate with the Public Relations and Event Marketing Manager to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that leverage PR, events, and other channels as appropriate.

Monitor and analyze marketing performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements and adjustments as needed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with company-wide objectives.

Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve the desired return on investment (ROI).

Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging marketing channels, and best practices, incorporating them into marketing strategies as appropriate.

Mentor and support other marketing team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Proven experience in marketing strategy development and implementation, preferably in a similar industry.

Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels of the organization.

Familiarity with various marketing channels, such as content marketing, digital marketing, public relations, and event marketing.

Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and project management software.

A passion for staying current with industry trends, emerging marketing channels, and best practices.
